After almost a year since the last version was released, SwfObj version 1.0.1 has just published. It includes a new way to incorporate alt content for better HTML5 support on browsers that don’t support Flash content. Read about all of the changes in this latest SwfObj release.

The latest release of SwfObj adds the option to embed your Flash objects dynamically. Now SwfObj fully takes advantage of the SwfObject Javascript library.

WordPress 2.7 required making some changes to SwfObj. Those have been implemented and are currently available in the 0.7 release of SwfObj.
